Agenda:

  • ·Grammar pages 56-57 Ex. 3 “Pronouns” 
  •   Teacher will introduce the Body Paragraph of the descriptive essay, showing examples. Students will write the body paragraphs in class today and tomorrow. (1st block will also be introduced to the Introductory Paragraph.) 
  •  Introduction to the Anglo-Saxon period- Students will view a Viking video, paying close attention to the characteristics of the group. Teacher will show a map of Great Britain explain the time period and the various groups who invaded Europe during that time.
  • Students will be divided into groups and will answer the questions given to them regarding the Anglo-Saxon period.
