What are you looking forward to most as being a high school graduate? What are your academic and personal goals for the next four years? Where do you see yourself?

Agenda:
- Reacquaint yourself with the "Pardoner's Tale," and answer the following questions.
  1. Who is the pardoner? What is his role?
  2. What is his purpose in telling his tale? 
  3. What is Chaucer's purpose?
  4. What do the rioters see at the bar? 
  5. Who points them to death? What do they find instead?
  6. What are the rioter's plans once they find money?
  7. What happens to the rioters at the end?
  8. What is the overall moral of the tale?
- British music presentation -  Students will present British music and poetic devices. [Yesterday's assignment: Pick a song, and locate at least three poetic devices: imagery, irony, metaphor, simile, assonance, consonance, alliteration, personification, and allusion.]
- Students will begin working on the study guide for literary terms and Macbeth portion of final exam.
